“One of the foundations of our school curriculum is access to professionals in the field. I recently taught an immersive culinary course to a group of 25 middle schoolers; Belle Saveur’s Chef was a guest teacher on our first day together. Not only was the Chef able to gracefully incorporate the fundamentals of food and kitchen safety into an engaging 2-hour session, but she was able to do so with a group of young kids who had a wide variety of kitchen experience. The Chef had kids cutting, slicing and whisking within minutes. By the end of the lesson, kids had made aioli from scratch, brunoise'd shallots and made a quick pickle. What struck me even more than 11 year olds picking up these tasks with ease was Chef Jess’ patient, thoughtful and engaging nature. Belle Saveur’s cooking class was a safe space to take risks and explore unfamiliar foods.

"Jess has made me many different dishes and recipes over the last few years, all fantastic so I keep coming back! First and foremost, she is a wonderful human who is so warm, lovely, and very talented and an incredible chef.
I first reached out to her to make my staff and I packed lunches for a day away from the office - the food really was as memorable as the stunning view when we hiked to the top of a mountain. Jess has since made me very nutritious, delicious foods - like restaurant cooking at home - it's such a treat!
Last year I was eating an anti-inflammatory menu for my health and asked Jess to help me. She created all the menus and recipes from scratch and made a very busy work month a lot easier with her prep and amazing cooking.
I would highly recommend Jess - she is very multi-talented so she could execute a dinner party, create a whole30 menu (or anti-inflammatory) and work closely with you to meet your culinary needs.

Our wedding took place on a beautiful beach in Carmel, California and the cake that Jessica created matched this gorgeous location with its stunning beauty. When the day of our wedding arrived she presented a cake that met and exceeded all of our expectations. She managed to combine mine and husbands wishes in a seamless and creative way. This was impressive considering my husband wanted carrot cake and I wanted apple pie. The crowd was in awe as the cake was presented and those sentiments continued as everyone raved about the taste. It was obvious to us and to everyone attending our wedding that Jessica created this cake with love and passion.”
