I am the founder and executive chef of Belle Saveur AVL, a boutique style catering and private chef business which has been in operation since 2008; founded in San Diego, California, honed in Portland, Oregon and now officially in Asheville, North Carolina.  I create personalized menus for my clients. As a company of 16 years of catering and specializing in curated experiences, we are excited to branch out into a new and very special region here in AVL.

Our mission is creating menus inspired by memorable dishes enjoyed around the world, abroad and domestically.

Our chef’s background is in international as well as US regional cuisine, with an emphasis on responsibly sourced ingredients.

Additionally, with 6 years of experience working in the nutritional wellness arena, chef Jess curates clients’ menus with a specialty in individuals’ dietary and or nutritional needs.
